SHIPPING – TOILETBUDDY


Shipping Information

For logistical reasons, products from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. This means you may receive your items in multiple packages.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Toiletbuddy is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Verifying your delivery details helps minimize the risk of delays and delivery issues.

At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option, including our free shipping option. Please note that free shipping may involve the product being shipped from a supplier outside your country.


Order Processing & Delivery Time

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.

Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days. These are estimated timeframes, and while we do our best to deliver within this period, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email along with a shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@toiletbuddy.com and include your order number.


Delays & Refunds

We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen events may cause delays, such as:

  • National or public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes within air or ground transportation
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction.
