Orders
Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The confirmation includes details about the products, prices, billing address, and shipping address.
If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@toiletbuddy.com.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must contact us on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service closes.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or for other legitimate business reasons. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged. Any payments will be refunded.
Cancellations During Holidays
Cancellations requested during holidays or non-working days cannot be guaranteed. During these periods, orders are considered binding as customer service is not available in real time.
If a cancellation request is submitted during a holiday, the order may already be in processing or shipment, making cancellation impossible.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
New Year’s Day, Easter holidays, national holidays, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Shipping
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control involving the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and you have not been notified of a delay, please contact us at info@toiletbuddy.com.
Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country.
Taxes, Customs & Import Responsibility
Products sold by Toiletbuddy may be shipped from suppliers outside your country. As the customer, you are considered the importer and are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or other fees charged by local authorities.
These fees are not included in the prices displayed on our website. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to changes in supplier costs, currency fluctuations, or typographical errors.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Complaints & Claims
All products are inspected before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost in accordance with consumer laws.
In case of a complaint:

- Provide your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue
- Returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back
If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
Toiletbuddy is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
We are also not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to labor disputes, natural disasters, war, government decisions, or supplier issues.
Product Use & Allergies
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product information before use. Toiletbuddy is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or other adverse effects.
If you are unsure, we recommend testing the product on a small scale before full use.
Product Information
We reserve the right for typographical errors, incorrect information, or products being out of stock.
Color variations may occur depending on screen settings. We always strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Toiletbuddy. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Returned in its original packaging
- The guarantee applies within 90 days from delivery
This guarantee extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period to 90 days.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the purchase is considered completed.
A refund will be issued minus 190 SEK, covering return shipping, handling, and administration.
If you wish to have the package resent, an additional fee of 190 SEK will apply.
